We aim to make delivery simple and reliable so you can prepare for your baby with peace of mind.
Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer and we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping within Australia
We currently ship within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is offered.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Responsibility:
Norella & Co will take reasonable steps to ensure your order is packaged and shipped securely.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
Incorrect Address details:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Delivery Delays:
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to courier networks, weather events or high demand periods. These delays are outside our control, however we will assist you where possible in tracking your parcel.
Damaged or missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
